These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time by Ignition NBS Ltd (“Ignition”, “We”, “Us”), set out the terms that apply to users who wish to use the www.riskhelp.co.uk application.

IMPORTANT: All content is for Information only and not offered as legal or any other advice on any particular matter. All content and material provided is purely for information only. Whilst care is taken the material and content may not reflect the most current developments, statutes, delegated legislation, judgments or settlements, codes of practice and the like. IMPORTANT: Whilst reference is made to standard business insurance policy conditions and common claim repudiation reasons these are purely for illustration purposes only. You must refer to your schedule of insurance and full policy wording for the basis of cover, sums insured, limits, excesses, warranties, conditions, exclusions and extensions of cover purchased by your business. If you are unsure on any aspect of cover, please contact your Insurance Broker in the first instance

Ignition shall not be liable for any business losses such as lost sales, failure to comply with legislation or employer obligations, lost opportunities, lost data, lost profits, indirect and/or consequential loss or business interruption arising from use of the application or from any action taken (or refrained from being taken) as a result of using information supplied.

User Access

User access to the www.riskhelp.co.uk application is paid for by AXA Insurance. The Insurance Broker is then permitted to invite their AXA policyholders or new business prospects to use the application (at their option). IMPORTANT No customer data is exchanged with your Insurance Broker or AXA. Riskhelp.co.uk is a self assessment tool only.

We respect your privacy. This is why we have taken the time to disclose our information collection practices and our privacy policy.

Email Addresses

We collect and store email addresses submitted to us by users voluntarily on a secure database. We would never add an email address to an emarketing list and also take measures to protect the data held on our server and individual computers. In short, we will never send you SPAM emails. We may occasionally send an individual email as part of our verification process that you have been introduced to this application by your Insurance Broker.

Submitted data is periodically cleared from our server. None of the data submitted using our forms is considered sensitive. We abide by the Data Protection Act.

 

Removing your Data

If you wish any data pertaining to yourself or your company to be deleted from our server and computers we will be happy to oblige - please contact us via email with your request: info@ignitionnbs.co.uk

Whilst Ignition take all reasonable steps to ensure this application is always accessible we will not be held liable if, for any reason, the website is unavailable for any period. We may also have to suspend access to the Site for routine or emergency updates and maintenance but we will endeavour to keep any disruption to a minimum.

In addition we cannot warrant that this application will be free of viruses or defects of any description and we will not be held responsible for any technical problems you may suffer as a result of your use of this application.

 

Termination

Ignition reserves the right to withdraw user access (created by email & accepting terms & conditions) to the application without notice. All user data entered will be removed

 

Governing Law

Use of the application shall be subject to the laws of England, which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of all permissions, exclusions, licenses and conditions of use given above. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with this application and its use. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be held unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever then such provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

 

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions of use contain the entire agreement between the parties relating to use of the Site.
